Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Sacramento, CA.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsHe represented buyer and seller. He was verbally demeaning to me and did not communicate clearly or effectively. Used terms like “be a good girl” when he made me accept no to charge rent to the seller after closing. I do not recommend him.

These are false statements and this person does not represent me. I can only think of one client with some very serious mental issues that I refused to work with and I choose to fire her. I can provide a long list of happy clients if requested.
